The White Truffle Salami is a luxurious blend of 100% Berkshire Pork, infused with 5% real White Truffle, Grappa, and White Peppercorn. This gourmet salami is slow-fermented and aged for three months to develop a rich, earthy flavor with a refined finish.
Made using a natural pork casing that peels away with ease, this salami honors traditional curing methods and reflects true artisanal craftsmanship. Unlike commercial salumi made with synthetic casings, the natural casing preserves authenticity and enhances presentation.
This salami is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration for storage or shipping. However, for long-term storage, refrigeration is recommended—especially to preserve the delicate aroma of white truffle. Once opened, the salami must be refrigerated. For optimal flavor and texture, serve cold.

This is our second favorite salami from AS&T only because they also have Black Truffle salami.
I had the good luck to try this white truffle salami out at the Marin Cheese Factory and it was amazing. I saved the wrapper in order to find out where to buy more. I checked the website and ordered several truffle salamis. I am hooked!
