Do you offer shipping?
Savory Farms does not ship directly. If you’d like to have our products shipped to you, please visit our parent company at www.angelsalumi.com.
Can I change my pickup or delivery details after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is prepared.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express issued by U.S. banks. The billing address must match the cardholder’s name and address.

Do I need to peel the salami casing?
No. We use natural, edible casings. If you prefer to remove it, run the salami under warm water to loosen, then peel gently.
How should I store my salami and charcuterie?
Shelf-stable items can be stored in a cool, dark pantry for up to 10 months. After opening, wrap tightly and refrigerate. Non-shelf-stable items should be refrigerated immediately. Refer to product labels for storage guidelines.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes — our charcuterie is naturally gluten-free. If you have specific dietary concerns, feel free to reach out for ingredient details.
Do you sell foie gras?
We do not sell foie gras within California due to legal restrictions. Out-of-state purchases can be made at www.angelsalumi.com.
How should I store fresh truffles?
Keep truffles dry, wrapped in paper towels, and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Change the paper towels daily. For longer storage, submerge clean truffles in dry rice and refrigerate.
There’s white stuff on my salami. Is it mold?
It’s likely harmless salt crystallization, not mold. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to reduce the appearance.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
We stand by the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
