Refund & Returns Policy

Because many of our products are fresh and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@savory-farms.com or call (442) 244-0505 within 48 hours of pickup, and our team will review the issue.

Our Guarantees

1) You’ll receive the correct items and quantities you ordered

We take great care to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately.

  • If an item in a curated gift, bundle, or charcuterie board is unavailable, Savory Farms may make a comparable substitution of equal or greater value.

  • If a standalone item you ordered is out of stock, a team member will contact you with replacement options or issue a refund.

  • If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your order may be canceled and refunded.

If you receive an incorrect item or quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup so we can make it right.


2) Orders must be inspected at pickup

All orders are considered accepted at the time of pickup.

We encourage customers to review their order upon pickup. Savory Farms is not responsible for issues related to:

  • Improper storage or handling after pickup

  • Delays in pickup beyond the scheduled time

  • Products left unrefrigerated after leaving the store


3) Freshness & quality assurance

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

If you believe a product does not meet our freshness or quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion.
