Crafted with a natural pork casing that is easy to remove, this artisanal salami reflects a commitment to quality. Unlike mass-produced options that often use synthetic casings, the natural casing enhances both authenticity and presentation.
This salami is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration for storage or shipping. For long-term storage, refrigeration is recommended to extend shelf life. Once opened, the salami must be refrigerated. For optimal flavor and texture, serve cold.
