This Spanish-style Lomo is made with 100% Berkshire Pork Loin that’s dry-cured and seasoned with a blend of five different Spanish paprikas. The loin is then carefully massaged to allow the paprika to penetrate the meat, developing a tender texture and rich flavor. Aged in its natural casing for four months in a dry room, this Lomo captures a deep, aromatic profile. Pre-sliced for convenience from Angel’s whole Spanish Lomo (1lb).
