This cheese is made with sheep's milk and is semi-firm, sweet, and well-developed; yet also mildly sharp and nutty with long-lasting and intense aromas matched with perfect salinity. Made only with milk from the Manchega sheep of La Mancha in central Spain.
It is often served in thin triangle wedges, allowing the purity of this treasured cheese to shine.
