It is fermented and aged for two months in a dry room, resulting in a rich and flavorful profile.
This artisanal salami is made with a natural pork casing, which is easily removable, providing a pork-free option for those avoiding pork products. Unlike many mass-produced salumi, which use fibrous or collagen casings, this salami retains its natural casing, enhancing its quality and authenticity.

When I tried this at a wine shop I was blown away. The fat melted perfectly with each bite of the lean duck meat. I shared with several other people and everybody wanted more..

Very pleased with the duck, I dont eat beef or pork but my boyfriend said the wild boar were pretty good, but said the duck was way better, therefore I think we'll be ordering the duck again it was very good.
